This policy ensures every customer receives products in perfectly new and hygienic condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these guidelines are not followed, or if products are returned damaged or without their original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@milavitsabalkan.store to initiate your return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with all necessary instructions for shipping the item back.
You'll have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping
Free returns are available for all items, including lingerie.
Please note: any import duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please select the "Damaged or Defective" option when processing your return. Contact us immediately at support@milavitsabalkan.store, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website once your return is processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For Balkan returns: Refunds are processed within 24 hours after we receive your item and shipping receipt.
